Denis Campbell - Partner

• has executed ICT M&A transactions for the past 20 years co-founding the investment bank REGENT ASSOCIATES and working the US bankers ADAMS HARKNESS in Boston.
• Denis was responsible for many complex disposals and corporate restructuring for multinational conglomerates including EDS, AT&T, ICL, Control Data. He established Regent's continental European operation based in Paris and gained significant cross-border transction experience, completing transactions in the UK, USA, France, Switzerland, Benelux, Italy, Spain ang Germany. Denis previously held financial management positions with MARS, FISHER PRICE, ORACLE and HAZLEWOODS.
• He has a business administration degree from the City University of London.

Richard Moon - Associates

• has over 15 years of dedicated ICT transactions execution, and prior to that, further experience within the IT industry.
• he has worked as Vice President of Business Development with EDS EUROPE, with PWC in M&A, and with a swedish software company mentoring it for the IPO. He has executed acquisitions internationally and conducted major strategy exercises, working alongside with AT Kearney. He has work alongside most buldge bracket investment banks, chairmen of major UK quoted companies and major venture funds.
• Richard is a Chartered Accountant qualifying with Price Waterhouse Coopers and graduate of Bristol University.

Richard Jephcott - Managing Director

• is highly experienced in the ICT sector and is particulary skilled in M&A and corporate restructuring having spent 6 years negociating 64 transactions as the International M&A director for AT&T
• his skill base is a unique blend of finance and marketing, combining strategy, business development, strategic and marketing planning, M&A and general management. With AT&T, he held various senior functional positions, including many directorships for AT&T subsidiaries throughout Europe. Prior AT&T he was senior strategic consultant with 3i, the VC, and before that held various senior finance, marketing roles with the KALAMAZOO GROUP.
• Richard is a fellow of the Institute of chartered Certified Accountants and has a first degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bristol University.

Albin Jourda - Managing Director

• has over 10 years of dedicated technology transactions execution.
• he has worked with Ernst & Young in transactions services and was Director at ADAMS HARKNESS, a US investment bank based in Boston and San Francisco. He was in charge of M&A transactions in emerging growth markets ( Cleantech, Biotech and Information technology). Previously, he was analyst with REGENT ASSOCIATES, advising innovating companies on fund raising and M&A.
• Albin is graduate from EM Lyon, he holds a MS in economics from Lyon II and BABSON, Ma.
